On May 13th, ASCE will release its newest economic report, Bridging the Gap, with a series of panels from industry experts. Bridging the Gap will highlight the impacts of infrastructure investment on American households and businesses. The report will compare the effects of continuing funding levels from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to discontinuing this investment when the bill expires in 2026. Which industries will be most impacted? How does infrastructure spending – whether that be for transportation, water, or energy projects – affect your family’s disposable income?
